Looks like you made it in LEGO digital designer and then printscreened it.
Here a few tricks from my side (I did this quite often)
In LDD orient your model, so that you look on if from top. This TOP view must be set to get a good alignement here on 3DVia. I can see from your model, that you printscreend the current view on the model.
Try TOP view and you will see the model is perfectly on ground here.
About the colors. Try to set “capture with textures” in options of 3DPrintscreen, it might (but not always) help to get the colors from the bricks into the 3DXML file.
It would be nice, if you add your racer to the LEGO group here on 3DVia.
