:-) Ok …this is the way …i made it …..
…. make half ring …. make a mirror of the ring …rotate both rings in opposite directions with a angle of say 15 degrees … and join one end of the ring with the “right” end of the other ring ……. lo behold !!!! you have got 1 turn of the spring ……….!!!
