It’s really a celebration for all of us, since the Top 10 wouldn’t be very interesting without all of you! I feel honored and am blushing too. :)

(PS I do actually sleep more than 1 hour a night, or at least try to.)

I forgot to mention that the main reason that I started the Top 10 was not to get more models, but because I felt that too many really good models were just disappearing into the database without folks having a chance to appreciate them.

Feedback from fellow modelers is the most delightful thing about 3DVIA and the Top 10 helps us see more good models to comment on! :D

I guess I’m just getting worn out from sleeping 5-6 daily for 35 years of my professional life. I’m envious of your youthful vigor! :D

Ahh, now I see my mistake. I meant that I sleep 5-6 hours a day, not just from 5:00 until 6:00. I’d have been dead a long time ago if I only slept one hour a day! :D

Yikes, I can fell my head swelling – oh no, I can’t get out of my room – trapped by an over-expanded ego!!!! Thanks very much everyone. I enjoy doing the Top 10 and seeing how the community really does get better and better and pulls together to enjoy modeling even more.

My bad!! How can I miss this concept & conversation!! Thanks for last few comments that took my attention diverted into this model. great concept tomy. I wonder why no one else ever thought this way? But why to 50? I mean 1 Year = 52 weeks, so the celebration should begin with 52nd Top-10 blog. Isn’t it?

I agree with Jack, 3dvia is more interesting because of Top-10 blog which makes a challenge to modelers to come up with something different than others. On top of that every week the challenge is huge with so many good models & concepts. That makes it interesting. Otherwise all models will be stored in library without any one appreciating the effort. Honestly it’s really not possible for users to track down all the good models uploaded in 3dvia. For me there’s many times it happened that I came to know about models created by Jack/Shannon only when I looked at Top-10 blog. So a BIG THANKS for creating TOP-10 blog which makes 3dvia interesting for me.

No doubt I will also join the party :)
