Technical Information

In: triggers the building block.

Ok: is activated if the seek operation was successful.
Failed: is activated if the video does not support seek operations.

Percent:  a value between 0 and 1 that defines the percentage to seek to.

ReturnValue: errOk if the seek was successful, an error code otherwise.
