This is a Internal Passenger Transport used in the gardens on the Babylon 5 Station……..
This Train is seen several times in small clips and in the season 4 theme…………..
It is a standard train running on rails and it is not very sci-fi looking for a train used in the 2250’s….
Took me 5 hours of work…(maybe more)………….
