This is skylift a airplaine passenger bus/Transport and lift truck... 
The vehicle consist of 4 modules where there is one big in each end of the vehicle and 2 modules in the middle.. 
passengers gets on the truck in the rear end of the vehicle and is then transported to the aircraft.. 
At arrival to the aircraft the bus/truck raises 3 of the modules up to the airplaine with the passengers.. 
A picture of the vehicle with 3 of the modules raised to top posistion can be seen on the inside wall of the 2 middle sections.. 
passengers can both enter and leave the airplaine at the same time since the 2 middle sections can move up and down seperatly.. 

made this model last night it only took me a few hours..
