Absolutely fantastic smike! WOW! That took a lot of time to make. That’s a great way to say thank you to so many people who have helped 3DVIA grow and grow.

Are you the driver? Who’s missing their underwear? Sady is a “he”. Will we see some 3D work from your son too?

and yes it took forever getting all the pictures and make the collages..
and i hope its not me missing my underwear

i have to include that there is also a detective job to solve with info and clues many places..

Excellent! A mystery – I hope tomy sees this! I’m usually the dim bulb in the box, so I’m sure someone will figure it out before I do. :P

Just so everybody knows – jdelrio has smike’s bus open in Maya and is tearing it to pieces trying to figure out the mystery – he’s a big cheater!

funny i thought a lot about that i wanted to make a new bus this time with interior.
but what type should it be and actually a bus interior is boering and not interesting and well known by all.
it then hit me how about putting 3dvia inside..(i was looking at the latest weeks top 10 models)
and since there was/is so many great models on 3dvia which i have not been good at crediting and commenting so why not put them in my hall of fame.

and i am actually surprized how many pictures there was able to be space to
when i started i looked at all these pictures thinking it was inpossible to have so many.
but there was space and more could will be added later but i got lazy after many hours of work wanting it to be finished..
i have at least 10-20 models in the notebook there should bee in there..
(fantasies about a dubbel decker and/or trailer attacment has hunted me from the start)

So, what’s the mystery – you’re the driver and the guard – you told us. Now where are your models on/in the bus – that’s a mystery – besides the fact that they’re everywhere here on 3DVIA?

Aha! I found you under panels behind each front wheel, which aren’t hidden when I open the model in the player!? Is that true for everyone?

I’ve looked around the wheels and I don’t see him.

When I open the model most of the us is now in brown wood texture, not green. So when I zoom in behind the front wheel on either side I do see a collection of smike’s models. Excellent!

this was totally cool and i must admit that i have been on my knees laughing so mouch again and again…
so i just say that all the work put in this model was woth it….

thiss a stange world in a long time my models in the 3D warehouse seemt not worthy of any comments from the user of the 3Dwarehouuse
now Mnadun has stated some kind of vendetta against me and my models
so he has with the use use of other names/profiles given all my model 1 star..i n this way he has forced the overall rating on each model to be halvedso they looks lie they all got only bad credits…
ok dont matter for me i dont care..
but the support in the warehouse is great..
just got an email from one calling him self Wacov (never heard or seen him..
he has gived ALL my models 5 stars and written some reviews on them..
AMAZING there is over 250 models there so this most have taken a very long time…
this is a kind of support i think is odderly Cool and amde made by a person i never has herd from.
but most bee a fan since he did this..

It’s good that Wacov is offsetting Mandun at the Warehouse and appreciating your models! Some folks like to cause trouble and some folks like to concentrate on the good.

Glad you got some good laughs as we struggled with your mystery. :)

amazing and suprising..

soory but i had a week of vacation which i have used to make my kano ready for the summer.
Repainted it and washed all the inventary (pillows, madras, rain/sun cover and so on)..
So now it looks like a new one again even thoug it is 20 years old now..

fuuny i have once in a while checked out the 100 most popular models but in over a year they did not change so must.
but the last 2-3 months it suddenly changed a lot and many of the new models uploaded has moved in..
i like that models like carlos sikorsky s-92 has moved in and also several of alfredixs models has taken over..
and yet some models like Ominds squirel stays on the same place…(great work Omind)..

The formula for determining the “most popular” models on 3DVIA is not an easy task when you consider all the possible factors. Fortunately we have an amazing individual who works to understand the complexities of the situation and has been tweaking (with my bumbling help) the formula to be more helpful.

The Top Models did not change for a long time because so many other tasks have kept our small team a little more than busy. The recent change was due to a formula revision and there will be more tweaks as we work on it.

So, please bear in mind that there is no perfect system, especially since the length of time a model has been on the site can greatly affect things.

We are trying to work out a way that is fair to regular users and still gives newcomers a chance for their work too. We’re sure to make just about everyone unhappy at one time or another :P
