This model is one of my own concepts and all of the design is my own creation...
The ide behind beside being my dream house is that in the future surface land is very hard to find where living houses can be build..
mostly because of the need for agriculture farming to produce foot for all these people so they need the al the land they can get..
So more and more paople is forced to build houses and living quarters out at the sea...
This is my ide for a home at the sea called the "Seashell House".
the house get its energy from both a windmill and solar panels on the roof + a new invention made i danemark called a wave power collecting facility..
The acces to the house consist of a  small elevator for 2 persons and a emergency latter..
it also has a cargo elevator going directly to a balcony outside the kitchen and storage section..
the kitchen has a trash dump pipe there goes inside the wind mill to a trash compressor at the bottom docks..
the main house is in 3 floors with the entrance to the house in the bottom floor where the kitchen and dining facilitys is..
the middle floor is liberay/Recration/computer and other kinds of purposes that one can have the use for..
the third floor is sleeping quarters and have acces to the top balcony on the roof where an outdoor meal or dinner can be served..
for this there is a food elevator placed in the middle of the table going directly to the kitchen..
for recration and sports purposes there is a basketball court and a swimming pool...
if the need for it is there it has room for a helicopter pad or other kinds of flying transports..
in case or fire or other reasons to leave the house quickly there is a 2 person totally enclosed free-fall lifeboat with direct acces from the middle floor..
NOTE i have not made any inventory items in the house since this is just using a lot of polygones making the file size very high..
so exept from a bed and a huge dinner table there is no furnitures in the house..
