This is the Skylark-P class Transport seen many times in Babylon 5 TV Series……….
It is a design used to many puposes. it is seen as a Passenger Liner, a prison transport and a Cargo transport….
The front section is the crew/passenger cabin with the docking ring in the nose of the ship..
the back section is the engine section……………
