This is the Earth Alliance Starfury "Black Omega" used by the Psi Corps as there main fighter seen in several episodes of Babylon 5

The SA-23E Mitchell-Hyundyne Aurora class Starfury is a single-seat,
non-atmospheric attack fighter Used on Earthforce ships and installations for short range
defense operations.. a position it has served faithfully since it first went into service in
early 2244.... A standard Starfury is some 09.92 meters long from nose to tail -
17.87 meters from side to side - 08.08 meters from top to bottom...
