Great looking guitar. Very agressive shape. I wonder if there were ever serious insuries during a concert… :)
Bastard V…? what about the other bastards :)

I’m glad you like it Alfred! The V’s not a number but basically the shape of the guitar… But I’m sure Neal has some other bastards around

V for shape make sense, even though I must admit I would have described it as an A-shape, sort of.
I checked Mike’s shop. thanks for the link. There are some awesome models there. I like the Moser Flame and the BC Rich Warlock the most, I think.
I am wondering, what makes a good guitar. I mean they all look great, but what is a “good” guitar. I am not sure, I think a musician would look for acoustic qualities first and the for the look. I mean, if I buy a sportscar, I would not buy a Corvett chassis with a Beetle engine, you what I mean?

@alfredix, That’s a really good question… I think what makes a good guitar is what the guitarist likes. We all have our personal preferences when it comes to…Well everything. You mentioned “Corvette chassis with a Beetle engine”, and I thought isn’t that what most people want?.. A great looking car with an equal mpg rating:).

@ JaViXP, Thanks for your comment! ..Off the record Spain makes the best classical guitars :). The best being Jose Ramirez

I agree with your opinion about “what is good”. But not abut the Corvette Beetle thing. If this is true, I am totally different than most people (well I always knew that… :) ).
I would rather buy a Beetle with Corvette engine. Imagine the Porsche driver’s eyes if you are hunting him on German Autobahn in that car :)

Again @JaViXP, I have to show you this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bG7y_CD9rMg . This is Andrés Segovia. He was one of the greatest guitar players of all time!, and he was most likely playing a Spanish guitar, most likely Jose Ramirez.

@alfredix, yeah we don’t have anything like the Autobahn in our country… If you walk to fast you’ll get a ticket here (hahaha).

@alfredix – I still remember a Road & Track (older American car magazine that specialized in the sports car area) article about a German tuner shop that took the body off of a Porsche 928 and replaced it with a Golf body that had been split symmetrically in both x and y and then rebuilt to fit the 928.

The drivers and reviewer said it was the most fun they every had – blinking their lights at drivers who then tried to outpace the “lowly” Golf, only to have to pull over and get blown away!! I love stealth. RUF has/had a development car that they keep/kept painted NATO olive drab so people wouldn’t suspect that it was really a monster car :)

@Don – that is a phascinting story. There are crazy people out there. But I bet it was fun to build this car :)

@Alfred – thank goodness for crazy people – they help keep the rest of us sane (sort of)!
