Two of these guitars are lower end Dean models(they look cool though), but the guitar in the center is by one of my favorite guitar builder/luthier. A Mr. Danny Ferrington.

awesome Sandman14. very well done!
This is something I wanted to aks for a long time: As far as I understand, all guitars you modeled are existing for real, correct? Do you also have real guitars at home? How many? (if you don’t mind me asking)
Probably 50% of guitar models I made are real. The other 50% are guitars I designed. It’s much easier for me to makes a model that I designed myself, then it is to make one that actually exists.
I have around 12 guitars now. through the years I’ve probably had around 50.
@alfredix – Thanks for asking that question…
@sandman14 – 50 guitars!! Holy moley! You could start your own museum. I’m really glad that you design your own and model them so we can enjoy them too.
That’s nothing compared to my cuisine Charlie. He buys and sells guitars for a living. he had hundreds of guitars over the years. Check his site out at www.groovyguitar.com .
Wow! “Guitar junkie” indeed! Great web site to learn about guitars. Charlie’s descriptions of his inventory make it worth a visit..
thanks Sandman14. I agree, remodeling something that exists for real is lot more difficult. But when it is finished and it looks like the real thing, for me, that is just great.
50 guitars over the years and 12 right now.That sounds like somebody is taking his hobby (or maybe profession?) really serious (I mean this as a compliment). I must admit I am not so much into music or instruments, but I can truly understand the passion of collecting something.
About your own desings: Do you plan to build those or one of them for real to play on them?
The website of your cousin is great! I like the head of complaints dept. :D
I am sure he is pretty much without work the whole time ;)
I’ve made a few guitars before, this one being my favorite (I showed this to smike this past week) http://home.comcast.net/~sandman14/flame1.JPG
I almost forgot that I did a model of it a year or so ago of it
