Sometimes 3DVIA and Shape get their sessions confused and it’s best to log out of both, shut ‘em down and start over. What browser are you using? I find Firefox works more consistently than IE.

i use opera,and i was logged in ie and in operabut were closed in the moment of this shot.every time when i open with the shortcut,the sign in has some rare problems like ‘unable to connect to 3dvia.com’ ,but when i open a 3dxml file with 3dvia,it can’t sign in at all,so how i can modify it?

what do you didn’t understand?
after the shot,the preview is opening,like in the setup.
but i searched on youtube and there is a different player
after the shot/process/save opens 3dvia shape….wich doesn’t allow to log in

i was in the changing class menu,so why captured the whole map?!
and how can i hide the unwanted things if 3dvia shape opens,but i can’t signin?

I don’t understand, so if you could just ask the question in a few sentences.
Also, you need the 3dxml player at 3ds.com to change the file.
