Penrose Regular Tiling

Description

Experiment with constructing geometric shapes which could be used to build Penrose tilings.
The hard part was figuring out how to divide a circle into fifths. The angles in the tilings are based on 360/5 = 72 degrees.
The tiles don't work perfectly. IE, they cannot always be "connected" to into a larger tiling.
