I downloaded your model and tried changing the metal texture on the rollers from the “galvanized steel” to the first metal texture in the choices. That worked, the rollers looked like shiny smooth metal. You can open your model in Shape and do the same thing, then publish it again without changing the name to keep your ratings and comments.
