I tried to make a really quick low-poly model. I modeled this in about an hour in Maya and then did the UVs and texture in about another two hours using the UVtexture editor in Maya and Photoshop.
I looked at most of these models in this contest in wireframe and saw that they all had a ton of geometry. So, I tried to get something that looked close to as good as the others with a lot less polygons. I’d love to hear what you all think!

The texture is a bit busy for a helmet, feels like plaster or cement, but the low poly modeling is great!

Thanks Juan… I didn’t really spend much time on finding a good texture to be honest. The two hours was mostly spent watching youtube… haha
haha greate model i would change the texture a bit cause the metal parts actualy looks like sand or dust :o
