The "Send to Scene" capability was removed when Scenes was recently upgraded. It was moved to being part of the Scene creation process. The best way to find out about how to use it is to watch the video in the right column of the following page: http://www.3dvia.com/products/3dvia-scenes/ – it’s easier to do it the new way. :)
