I work in alias studiotools. I seem to have problem with the shaders and transparent surfaces. Which format/settings do you recommend to use, to get a good result?

If you just want a 15×15×15 cm sculpture, you could try Sculpteo, but beyond that point 3dvia can’t really help that way.
3dvia is most compatible with DAE format. Pack the DAE model and textures together in a .zip file (the DAE file must have been saved originally in the same folder as the textures). 3dvia does the rest.
