i didn’t put a tree there and it doesn’t play :(

Hmm…that’s strange. Sometimes the model viewer doesn’t play for me either. Then I refresh the browser and see if it works then. If it still doesn’t work, then I close the model page and reopen it and then the player almost always works. It seems to snag on a particular part of the code an not work. This model worked the first time for me – beautiful city!

I opened the model in Shape and was able to delete the tree, so you should be able to to as well. It’s such a nice model that it is worth taking the time to do it. :)

i have made a model better than this one but to complex to upload how can i get it back (its now in my alerts) :(

I’ve had that error before and I myself don’t know how to get it back – maybe dswavely can use his magical admin powers to fix it.

My magical admin powers only got us as far as knowing why the model was not processed:

When this has happened to me in the past, my model would still be editable in Shape, but I can’t find your model on your Dashboard or in your content. I’m going to push this one up the ladder of magical powers to see what happened.
