La chapelle de Saint Vincent est de style romano-byzantin. Ces particularités sont sa taille, la présence de briques colorées, les tuiles mouchetées, sa tour et sa coupole byzantine.
this gem of a model deserves better textures…
the modeling details are superb but textures could have been lot better… when you have spent so much of efforts on model, you should devote some more to texture it…
I could be mistaken, but I think that denot is part of a classroom of students (see right below the copyright notice) that is just one of many in France working on documenting many treasured building.
In that context, the modeling and the texturing are worthy of high praise.
“The chapel of St. Vincent Romano-Byzantine style. These features are its size, the presence of colored bricks, tiles speckled, its Byzantine tower and cupola.”
I hope that participating in and winning the contest has sparked a life-long interest in seeing how the many things we learn all tie together (and, of course, in 3D modeling). :)
