@lingling: just fumbled on this design at deviantart... but with your leads i could learn more about Salvador Dali and Mae West... and the Salvador design is bit different than the one depicted in present model... anyways thanx for the leads... :)

My cultural background would probably fit in a thimble :D I mainly learn from the great models uploaded here by researching on the internet.

the texture i unknowingly used was that of "Heller Bocca Lips' Loveseat" and not Dali's design... the original Dali design looks something like this https://salvadordalimuseum.org/store/product.php?productid=3415&cat=53&page=1 there are many variants of the "lip" design that i could find on net... as Don rightly mentioned by 're'searching the internet you can find loads of information about literally anything existing on the face of the earth... even non-existent one's :) and don't be fooled by the timble comment... every culture is a vast ocean in itself... and by that i'm referring to the personal background... so vast that we under estimate it simply because it's at a sub-conscience level... it was handed to us by our ancestors and we hand it to our offsprings (couldn't find a better word)... and collectively this becomes a community culture... the 'culture' that we speak of in a broader sense... and by sharing it with others... learning about various other cultures... exploring, respecting, 're'searching... we build what can be called a universal culture!!! that's how humanity has evolved... [i guess :) my personal thoughts...] so FatherT3d and Don, and we all, we're just small gears of a much larger mechanism... we have to keep ticking :)

spell check!!! thimble and not timble :) (my mistake) dictionary entry for you: thimble n. metal or plastic cap worn to protect the finger and push the needle in sewing. [Old English: related to *thumb] thimbleful n. (pl. -s) small quantity, esp. of drink. 'thimble' is used to describe small quantity... related to thumb... thimble :)
