There is another posting with just the basement. For the roofs we are trying to decide if we stay with the original (beams) or if we change to the a double sided roof. I've done similar things for my family's home. Modeling it and showing it to the family allows a greater feeling of what it could be like and also a better idea of what construction problems might show up.
