I like the way it looks, but wonder if it might be too fragile for a crate that gets banged around a lot. Interesting though - think of all the containers on the decks of ships all over the oceans. What if they had attachable solar panels that could store up energy during the voyage? When you get to post, the stored energy is used to offload the containers.

Cover it in a clear coat of hard plastic, and then we can spray on some scratch guard :)

another idea is you could use this as a refrigerated crate that produces the energy used to keep it's contents cold.
