		&lt;p&gt;Hi Pratik,
  The 3DPrintScreen utility saves data in 3DXML file format (version 3).  You would need to convert to get this into 3DSMax.  3DXML is an XML based open file format -- however, I don't know of any programs to convert 3DXML to other formats :-(
