Perhaps your version of CATIA is different or something has changed.

3dvia player it doesn´t visualize the texture, but 3dxml player yes. why?. it has some solution?. it is possible with virtools player?
Did you recieve an error when uploading the texture? And is the texture size 1024 × 1024 or less pixels?

you must upload the texture file with the 3D model in a zip file
