Description
Modern condo-building. Each condo has a balcony, and there is a penthouse at the top floor with the largest wrap-around balcony, and entrance/exit. There is also a parking lot, palm trees, streets, street lights, traffic lights, an underground parking garage, and a 7' fence.

Concord, Unite…
Excellent model. It conveys a lot of information clearly and is fun to explore too. I especially like the traffic lights - I know that's not the point, but it helps me feel more part of a real scene.
