Whatever the file name is when you upload it will be what shows up as the model title. All you have to do is edit the attributes after it is uploaded and you can change the model title.
I usually upload my models as private and then change the title and add some interesting information in the description, including links. But that’s just one way of doing it.

This is the first model I’ve seen that is made by blender and has no .blend extension.

lol I already did it :p this hat is taken from the “snowmen jackson” model, i just added some colors and textures on it :D
I know but there is lots of models thatend with a .blend extension in the title. Just search “Blender”.

Yes, Tomy, I forgot to include the last step of changing the model back to public, so that it will show in the list. Good catch!
