This is a C60 (carbon 60) molecule. It is also called a fulleren. It is a rare element, found in very far regions of the space.
It has been produced artificially in the 90’s by french scientist, in labs.

the fularene is now used for high-randament foto-volt panels and others, and you can’t play soccer with this molecule,is way too small!

With CATIA everything is so fancy everything takes a while to put together.

Done with CATIA V4, even longer than you can imagine…

It is interesting that the line between the real world and the virtual world is starting to warp our perceptions of time.

CATIA and all of the other excellent real world products have to be accurate enough to make real things that we rely on (like airplanes). Personally, I hope that the engineers and everyone else involved in making real aircraft take all the time needed to make it safe.

If Pixar’s latest flick or the latest version of DOOM doesn’t do something right that’s OK with me.

Reality takes more time than just making an impression.

“Please step off of the soap box!” OK, OK, I’m sorry…

@sady2 – I gotta’ agree, some days it seems that way. Each of us finds strength from different things. (The link gives me a 404 error?)
