i download a 3dvia-player, but can not play in FF4.0, so i uninstall, then reinstall it again, and still can not, what is the reason? my computer system is W7. is there lack of some plugins?

The plug-in is not yet compatible with FF4 (they wouldn't update it until FF4 final relase was lauched) so I expect an update within the next few days ;o) In the meantime I use google chrome as an alternative to play 3DVia scenes ...

This is actively being worked on, as a bandaid solution however you can go into your profile settings and at the bottom of the page, change your player prefferences to the Beta Player.
It might not have all the bells and whisltes but it is based on Studio tech and will be able to work correctly in FF4.

Guys, we've identified the problems and are currently deploying a fix for Firefox 4 and the 3DVIA Player!
Yay!
You're player will auto update as soon as the fix goes live soon.
In the meantime the 3DVIA Player works well with previous Mozilla FireFox versions as well as the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.Posted 1 year ago # -
3DVIA Player version 5.0.0.15 has been released today, and it includes full browser support for FireFox 4+ for Windows and Mac Operating Systems!
