    Hello Everybody,
I am having trouble with my upload.
i used the new upload page (as usual I upload my zipped STEP files).
i filled the options, added Tags etc. and then finally saved the changes.
Affter that 3DVia says, "changes and Upload saved". that's it.
No queue visible, no alerts, nothing. I am sitting here since 20min, waiting for "My Models" to be updated, nothing.
So I used the old upload page and get an error "parameter not for this comand..." something like this.
    Can anybody help me?
    thanks

    Hello Alfredix,
Do you have the same problem if you try to upload a 3DXML based model instead of a STEP one ?

Hi Phong, thanks for your help.
it seems that the problem comes from the license. i only use "all rights reserved licensed". with this license chosen, there is an error in manual upload page and the new upload page just "runs into nowhere. this behaviour is independend from the format
here is what happens if I choose a different license type (I tried attribution license).
the new upload page checks the file (progress bar under filename) and then starts uploading. Which is only recognizable through the greyed out out "upload" Button (label changes in "processing...". At this point nothing changes anymore. the pages stays in this state, even though the model is already uploaded and listed in "My models"
then I must edit the attributes to change license, enter tags etc. With the new upload, the page to edit attributes show up automatically.

I think 3DVia should look into the behaviour, when a license apart from "attribution" is chosen. I think there is a bug in the new upload process.
The rest of the behaviour, that I just explained, seems also to be buggy. i don't know if anybody else has these problems.

Again, thank you Phong, for bringing me on the right path
