"my models" upload not working

Hello to all!

I downloaded the photoshop plugin . No problems for installation.
I tested the import by downloading a Comunity model : it worked fine.

than i wanted to download one of "My Models".
So I :
=> Log in
=> select "my models"
=> push the search bar button.
The loading bar appears, and ... freezes ...

After that i can't do anything with the plugin and i have to close the "search & import" plugin from 3dvia.

Can you guys pluys tell me what i do wrong?

Hummm... Anybody alive here? :p

Maybe my question wasn't clear. ^^;
I'll try again:

The photoshop plugin crashes when i hit the search -button after having clicked "my models".

Can someone help me ?

There is a new version of the installer out, hwave you tried redownloading and reinstalling the application?

Hi all guys!
I have this problem too......i uploaded a model, but cant find it on 3dvia import window, it always say "0 models found", i downloaded the plugin today april, 1st.........some tip?

You uploaded a model to 3dvia, and when you search using the plug in you don't find the model? Did you select the my models check mark? I think thats the only way to see your own models that are not public.

Yes i ve selected ny models check mark, but it still says "0 models found".......and also ive edited preferences and check it to public access.......really dont know what happens.

At this time, private models will only be listed if you uploaded them as .dae / collada files. We will have all private models available with our Pro Accounts later in the year.

Downloaded and installed the plugin for Photoshop CS5 today, found my 3Dvia image file after logging in, started upload and got the following error:

An error has occurred while downloading file
Error message:Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID
{D9389EDE-AEF8-4092-9377-075E94B7CB9A}failed due to the following error:
80080005.

I guess those of us running Windows 7 64-bit [the Photoshop CS5 I'm uploading to is the 32-bit version] may be plain out of luck.

I am having the exact same problem with my windows 64, I am getting the exact same error message but I'm getting it while trying to install the player. Can anyone help us out here?

I've updated the FAQ, the 3DVIA Photoshop plug in works with the latest version of Photoshop CS 5 Extended version 12.0.4

However, Photoshop Extended versions installed with the Creative Suite (reported as CS 5.1 or 5.5) are experiencing problems. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause, when a new release becomes available, we will announce it in the Forums.
