   Some of you may have noticed that we added Live Chat to many sections of our website. Now if you can't find something or have a question that is not technical support you can ask one of us!

   Special note: Monday October 17 2011.
   We just moved into a new office and are still working out some bugs. You can still use live chat to send us a message with your questions but untill the bugs are worked out, no actual live messaging

   I will update this message when IT resolves are issues with Live Chat.

   lol while you may not need it, due to your veterancy, others might just be looking for a particular bit of information and can use the system to quickly ask

   Not at all Tomy, The live chat windows appear in the blog pages, product pages and a few other page types, you'll see a little window on the bottom right that you can click on to chat. It is not a chat room per se, but more of a instant messenger chat. It is not ment for technical support, so it does not replace the forums. Its for quick questions or comments

   Ohhh I see the little Contact us button. It says you aren't available, but it's the right size for a chat window, so I figure that's it.
