I have created a function called "Function1". I want to use it in the task. I know very well how to use function in my task. My question is " Is it possible to add parameter for the function?" like other bb with its own parameter.

You just have to add them in the VSL code of your function. For example:
// Definition of the function Function1
void
Click::Function1(float Input1, uint32 Input2)
{
}
Then, compilation, and you will find them in your schematic.
