There are many ways to change your viewpoint in 3DVIA Shape. I just went to the documentation - http://www.3dvia.com/blog/products/3dvia-shape/documentation/ - page and learned some new ones myself!
There are four main ways to move around:
1 - Use the tools along the bottom of the screen
2 - Use the keyboard only
3 - Use Alt and the mouse
4 - Use the mouse only
Check out the documentation and try the different methods until you find the ones that work best for you.
