16:00 EST - 7/21/2011 - UPDATING 3DIVA.com with new code and services. Users may notice slow downs or interruptions in service. Process should not take long, will update again when process is complete.

Model Publishing Account
- $9 / month
- Display product designs and models in our stunning, interactive 3D model viewer
- Store your private models on the 3DVIA.com secure cloud hosting service
3D App Account
- $99 / month
- Display training scenarios, games and other 3D apps online with a simple embed code and plug-in
- Store and interact with your private models and apps on the 3DVIA.com secure cloud hosting service
Uploading content
- Free Publishing Accounts can only upload public content
- Model Publishing Accounts can upload content set as public or private
Setting existing content private
- Free Publishing Accounts can only set content as public
- Model Publishing Accounts can set 3D models and Smart Objects as public, private or restricted
- Model Publishing Accounts can only set Scenes, Experiences and any 3DVIA Studio related files as public
- 3D App Accounts can set any file type to public, private or restricted
Viewing private content
- Free Publishing Accounts can set content only to public
- Model Accounts can set model files to public, private or restricted
- Model Accounts can set Scenes and 3DVIA Studio content only to public
- 3D App Accounts can set Scenes and 3DVIA Studio content only to public, private or restricted
Collada downloads
- Free Publishing Accounts will no longer be able to download ‘converted’ Collada files
- Any files uploaded as .dae can still be downloaded
Embedding of content
- Free Publishing Accounts cannot embed any content types off of 3DVIA.com
- Users can only embed their own content
- Model and 3D App Accounts can embed their own 3D Model files outside of 3DVIA.com
- 3D App Accounts can embed their own Scenes and Experiences outside of 3DVIA.com
Grandfathered content
Any content set to Private before July 25, 2011 will
- Remain private unless the user sets the content to public
- Can still be viewed on 3DVIA.com
All content currently embedded will continue to work
