This on allows some differences with iPhone : you can import files by synchronisation, or wifi, save it with modification the screen is more confortable and the processor is better. I hope .smg will be can read on this one, and multitouch used on iPhone will be reproduice for a better confort than on an pc.
A last request : many of mac users want a 3DVIA Composer version for Mac OSX. Please help us !

I really wonder if 3dvia developpers are still working on this topic. The last admin reply was on April '08! Just note the numerous views at that thread. There seems to be a high interest in a player plugin for safari.
3dsvia awoke interest in mobile solutions by apps like "3DVia Mobile" available at itunes. But "3DVia Mobile" only works with static models excluding exciting playerfunctions like animation, collaboration tools, etc. .So far it is only a "nice gimmick" not appropriate for business use.
We really appreciate the functions of the player, it is a pitty you can only enjoy them on ActiveX compatible browsers. Could it be the main problem to run the 3dsvia player is the missing compatibility of ActiveX components with Mac OS?
Is there any interest of 3dvia / Dassault to solve this problem?
Oh we are still very busilly working on this and many more projects both from the community and from developer requests. I'm not allowed to tell you the date, other than dev work is almost finish and testing will beging shortly, so a full release is only weeks away.

3DVIA Mobile HD was released for iPads, you have full 3dvia player functionality in the app.

Does 3DVIA Mobile HD allow you to access you Scenes or interact with your smart models? I have the iphone version and I do not have any of that functionality.
3dvia Mobile does not let you access scenes. Not sure about smart objects, but without scenes, I would doubt it.

We just downloaded the HD app for iPad and there is not full Player functionality.
I have animated assembly instructions and want to be able to play them with the buttons I have setup in composer.
When will this be available in mobile app? I've already sunk $15 into this based on the promise it had this capabilities.
Am I doing something wrong or is it not fully featured yet?

I think you might have misunderstood me. It has full 3DVIA Player functionalities, not 3DVIA Composer Player, two separate products in our portfolio. 3DVIA has around 10 products currently in its portfolio. 3DVIA Composer Player on Mobile is currently in developement. When we have a definite date of release we will announce it here.

Do you have any update on 3dVia Composer Player on iPAD,
Actually I have an annotated 3D Object (Labels) and want my users to interact with the 3d model, simple task of zooming in, panning and rotating to identify Objects,
I have bought 3DVIA Mobile HD, but that simply plays the vanilla version of my the 3D Object, no annotations,
Please advise, any help would be appreciated,
