Yesterday (22/11/2011) I updated 3DVIA mobile from the Apple store and now when I open the icon (smal cube) to take/select a picture it crashes. Do you know this issue?

We are looking in to this and one other bug that causes a crash. A fix is being submitted to Apple for approval, so your app should be working as intended shortly, we appologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

A fix has been released that takes care of the bugs on 3DVIA Mobile and 3DVIA Mobile HD, please let me know if you still have issues after you update.

Una nueva version de el programa esta disponible ahora, bajalo del App Store y cuentame si te sirve despues.

Para instalarla de nuevo tengo que eliminar la versión que tengo ahora, si hago eso, ¿Tengo que volver a pagar por la nueva descarga..

No, cuando pagas por algo en iTunes, no tienes que pagar otra vez. Tampoco tienes que eliminar la version de tu telephono, solo aberigua si esta una nueva version disponible.

The bug fix was a new version of the App. Do you have the latest update?

I downloaded the app jan 2012 . I cannot locate any updates on this website and none have been sent to my iPad.

Have you restarted your iPad? this seems to clear many application issues.
If not, try deleting the app and redownloading it, you will not need to purchase it again.
