I like to think that this is a pure 3D logo becouse the movement of the model in 3D gives a lot of possibilitis (each position makes a new figure very different from other). Also I think it reminds the movement of the propeller.

Very nice concept and modeling. I like the way the colors fade gradually, although it you observe a real spinning object you’ll see more color at the center than at the tips. The speed of the tips compared to the hub make them much harder to actually see. Picky, picky – I know. :)
tomy is right! Be sure to view this one in 3D to get the full effect!

thank you for the comments, dswavely. You are right Pickyman!!! I know the right concept but I think that this way to show the color gradient is more eye-catching!!!

You’re welcome. And you’re also right that the purpose of the logo is to attract positive attention and not be scientifically accurate.
“Pickyman” – OK, sometimes I do deserve that title. :D

This model looks much better in 3d than the thumbnail.

If Pickymen do not exist progress will not be possible!!! I´m a pickyman too so I really understand your point of view. :-)
I agree as long as we don’t get too picky! :D
Difficult but not impossible!! :D
