		&lt;p&gt;I saw the title on the home page and I had to check this model out!  Nice contribution to the abstract group.  I'd like to see what it looks like with the original colors.  What was the original purpose of the model?&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;p&gt;The main purpose was to play with the free download of CB Pro (http://www.cbmodelpro.com/) because it can make complicated compound surfaces. Since what I came up with was rather bizarre, I figured that some fungi out there might look like this, so instant microbiology experiment!&lt;/p&gt;
