The model and all external parts were completely reverse-engineered from photos, documentations, and books, and internet sources. Sizes and dimensions that havent been inter/extrapolated, were sized by iterations on functionnal results and expectations. The shapes were converged (by hand with a rule and a pocket calculator) once their 3d results (visually) fitted  the photos of the real aircraft. 
The mechanical assemblies and parts fit the external view but most important point: to get the correct functionnal pathes of the elements ( landing gears, gears doors, flaps,slats, spoilers, variable geometry wings, etc ...).   
The 3d model is designed at full scale of the real aircraft. It is designed to become the reference to build a flying scale model of the aircraft, once data scaled.
