It would be nice to have an area on this site for problems relating to using 3D Via and the Player. Since this software is fairly new, not many people know how to solve issues that arise. I have been battling several related to using the Player with no help from support people!!

I think he means to be patient with 3dvia and if the model is over ten MB use “Private”. It doesn’t matter, it still won’t upload.
