If 3DVIA Shape does not install, check your security settings.

First, disable any download acceleration utility. Second, make sure your network administration policy allows you to download .exe/.xpi files, then download 3DVIAShapeSetup.exe on your PC. Third, modify your Windows Firewall settings to authorize 3DVIAShapeSetup.exe to run. Go into Start/Control Panel/Windows Firewall and activate the exception tab. Search for 3DVIAShapeSetup.exe to unlock installation.

If your network administration policy does not allow you to download .exe/.xpi files, contact your network administrator to make sure that your proxy/firewall settings allow for downloading .exe files.
