Welcome everyone to the Voting Round! The staff along with the community will select their favorite to win the coveted Challenge Champion Award! The voting procedure is detailed on the challenge post so lets get down to it. Let the Voting Begin!
I have decided not to include the Bumblebee model in the finalists selection due to the unresolved / unclear ownership situation of the model. I have written to the other owners of identical Bumblebee models in an effort to establish clear ownership.
At the end of the week, the judges will add their score to yours and on Monday we will have our Champion.

It’s been less than 24 hours and the voting is already tight! That’s great – it is a tough choice.
My model title is “Prime Vs Decepticon” not “Optimus prime Vs”

Read it again sady, I put the name as Optimus Prime Vs. because adding the last long word affected the page layout.
Have to work withing the confines of my tools :) Optimus Prime vs. _______ should get more people to click on it and find out who he’s fighting.

Where are the judges scores?
Juan is in New Orleans for Siggraph – http://www.siggraph.org/s2009/ – with many other members of 3DVIA. Plane flight were cancelled and re-booked and the schedule has gotten all mixed up. Unfortunately, the suspense will continue a bit longer, sorry.

Yes yes Siggraph is going great, but we are all scattered about and will have to do the judging on either friday or monday. Sorry guys! You all did great work, and I know the suspense is bordering on super human but bear with me :)
I may be able to get the judging done before the end of the week. Till then, what are the idea’s for the next challenge?
how about building a “city” for next challenge??? all low-poly experts can enjoy this one… maximum detailing with the 10 mb restrictions of 3dvia uploads :)
or how about something magical…. harry potter after transformers ;-)

I would like to have something creative or innovative subject for next challenge.. just as like Eco-crate. It helped to bring out innovative concepts.

you can use everything as long as you did it with your hands(or mouse)
any software is good
but try to post that on the forum(go to community->forum and find the right topic)
