At the start of the week, I had already picked out the featured model and modeler of the week. I was going to write a post about mvcomputers very cool 3D Droid model from late last year. However, before I could write the post, Matthew Viets (mvcomputers) posted an even better trifecta of 3D model gearbox assemblies.

I like the transparency. It really makes it easy to see how the model is constructed. Good for beginners like me. I also like the name of his fictitious company… “Bad Ass Gear Box Co.”

Thank you for those very kind words. Thanks to 3DVIA, I can now enjoy viewing so many cool models from all the great modelers out there. I just hope everyone keeps up all the very fine work. 3DVIA ROCKS!!!
