Nice job, especially using the texture to get in the observation windows at the top. Did you ever get to climb it before they stopped allowing it? I did as a kid and it was tough in the heat and humidity of DC. The very tip of the monument is made of aluminum becuase at the time it was more expensive than any other metal!

Cool model. It doesn't matter how easy a model may seem, as long as you have good shape and you plaster your texture on well. You naild it bro. Nice job.

You're welcome andrewmdavis. Only the very tip is aluminum, which I never knew until I read about it long after I climbed it.
