Fantastic detail Alfred! You’ve even got the “two pot” disc brakes in there! I can only guess what a lot of the other details are for. Just great modeling!

Actually the M198 is not a new gun. It is in service since 1978. Currently there is a replacement ongoing. The follower is the M777, which is not as heavy (the M198 weighs about 7 to) and more flexible in operation. Google for M198 and M777, and you’ll find a lot information about that gun.
