This is the Admin buidling that goes behind my Security building ( http://www.3dvia.com/alfredix/models/FE5164F4C6D8EAFC ), that I uploaded earlier.
As you can see, I am not an architect :). The challenge was not to build a stylish, beautyful house. During the creation of this building, I put a lot of thoughts into the reusability of elements (doors, windows, rooms etc.). So I standarized the dimensions and therefore furniture and interior.
The house features the following items: – 3 stories (Groundfloor, 1st and 2nd floor) – 4 lifts – stairs to next floor – security entrance fitting to security building – walk through to next building (to be done)
rooms on Groundfloor: – recreation and break area – locker room (male / female) – toiletts (interior of toilett is not shows, check the webalbum) – main entrance area – fire exit doors to left and right side of building
rooms on 1st floor – cubical office area on the left – section manager and hard wall offices on the right – toiletts
rooms on 2nd floor – executive office on left nd right side (CEO and CTO) – Secretary offices for both managers – archive offices – Executive meeting room with 69” flatscreen – toiletts
All rooms are “fully” furnished (as much as I thought is necessary)

too good… liked the elevators… as usual very nice detailing…
700kb in 3dxml!?
and love the fence on the top,or whatever is called
5 stars from me! What an incredible job of planning and executing to create this structure – great job! abu_roadking is right – those elevators are great. I also really like the touch of color that the fire extinguishers provide in all the stairwells :D
Great work Alfred! :D
thanks everybody. Funny about the firextinguisher: They should have a black hose, instead of a red. You’ll never know with STEP :)
And really too bad, you can’t see the textures here, then you could see, that there is a 3DVia coffee mug on all office tables :)
really?
you gave me a good idea with those mugs…
but you can easely spot the lack of the details, when a ‘simple’ truck has over 4mb,and this is at only 700kb,when in the building would fit over 10 trucks like those you are makning…
but the building itself is…nice, details really cool, and wait to see the goodies i prepared.the names of the buildings i want to make(I was the first!) are secret, but i can tell only i must finish some preintscreens from tf2,so then i can printscreen smoe wepons from a game, smoe missles, and you’ll see then >:)
oh ,and, you want to upload the neons you placed on ceiling and the PCs with monitors ?
the STEP is very useful when is about space, and they could be handy…
@sady. those parts are just simple boxes, with textures on it. Well the screen is a bit more, but I am sure, you find a lot nicer objects on 3Dvia or GWH.
if you want you can also take the security building (my first house) and printscreen from there. There are not so many parts in that house, so it should be less work.
I am not exactly sure about what you mean with the detils in the house, compared to the trucks. In general the house and all interior is made out of simple elements (basically boxes). those elements need a lot less space that more complex elements like they are used in the trucks on many parts
printscreening is not the best choice every time
in STEP they are still smaller, but if you insist…
anyway, also started the first surprise building.
not the best of all,but that’s the secret-i leave the best the last :)
I might be uploading all standard elements of my houses later, maybe something of those parts is usable for you
