this vehicle is a 1 Person electro cart. it is driven by 4 electro motors (one on each wheel, synced with electronic devices to provide max efficiency). The battery is mounted between the axis. It has 4 wheel steering and removable front and rear covers.
This one is the basic version, that can be used as tractor to tow trailers that carries goods and cargo.

Under the rear cover there is a complete auxilary hydraulic unit, that is used when additional applications are mounted to the front. 

To do so, the front cover must be removed and with a standard application interface, a forklift or a loader mechanics can be attached.

Those electro carts are usually used where Diesel or Gas driven vehicles are not allowed, due to air pollution etc., mostly in underground warehouses or logistic centers.
