Copyright Policy

  1. 3DVIA COPYRIGHT POLICY
    It is Dassault Systèmes' policy to respect copyright and other intellectual property rights. Accordingly, we expect all Contributors to do the same with respect to any content which they may upload onto 3DVIA(for more information, please read our Terms of Use).

    In accordance with our policy, if we have knowledge (through a Report Abuse Form or otherwise) of a potential copyright infringement on 3DVIA, we will investigate the matter and, at our discretion, remove the allegedly infringing material, or disable and/or close the accounts of users who infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Dassault Systèmes or others, if appropriate.
  2. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
    In order to allow us to investigate claims of alleged copyright infringement, if you are a copyright owner and you believe that your copyright(s) or other intellectual property right(s) is (are) infringed by content posted on 3DVIA, you must provide us the following information through the Report Abuse Procedure

    1. Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
    2. Identify the material that you claim is infringing the copyrighted work listed in item #i above. This requires you to provide the search query that you used and the URL for each allegedly infringing content and the title of the infringing material.
    3. Provide information reasonably sufficient to permit Dassault Systèmes to contact you (surname, name, address, nationality, profession, birth date and place, telephone number and email address, or, if you are a legal entity, name and form of corporation, offices, identity of legal representative).
    4. Provide any other information enabling Dassault Systèmes to identify and notify the Contributor whose content allegedly contains infringing material (email address is also preferred).
    5. The following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed".
  3. WHERE TO SEND YOUR NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT CLAIM
    Copyright or other intellectual property right infringement complaints must be addressed to Dassault Systèmes through this form exclusively.
