Designed in Sketchup; this is my projected idea for a simple waste/debris/trash filtration complex. Here are some of the components that contribute to it's efficient cleaning method: Solar panels power hydraulic pressurizers to activate hydraulic pistons on that lift the gates and screens;  power the computer that returns the speed of the water flow(used to tell when filters should be switched); and power the main computer. Hydraulics lift the gates and screen so one side of the complex can be shut down so it can be cleaned, while the others goes on. The viaduct on the side of the complex is a route for fish and other marine life to pass through, the sea-windmill measures the speed of the water on both sides(which regulates which side is active), and that is it.
